Adare
One of Boise's newest developments to address housing issues, located at 2403 West Fairview Ave in Boise, is a 134 multi-family housing development that will open in the Fall 2019.

A BOISE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT INCORPORATING CITY-OWNED GROUND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FAIRVIEW AVE BETWEEN 24TH & 25TH STREET.
The Adare development team is comprised of Northwest Integrity Housing Co., Thomas Development Company, and Pacific West Communities, Inc. The team submitted a proposal to the City of Boise late in 2015 to develop a city owned parcel with mixed income housing.
The development team includes public partners CCDC, City of Boise and the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA).
Adare is an apartment community that will accommodate 144 homes; 130 Affordable, 13 Market Rate, and an on-site Manager.
