Bandon River Apartments bring affordable, senior, independent living to residents of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Developed by Thomas Development Co. and Northwest Integrity Housing Co., Bandon River is part of the Snake River Landing, a 400-acre master-planned waterfront community on the Snake River in the heart of Idaho Falls. The apartments earned the U.S. Green Building Council LEED for Homes Platinum certification. They offer affordable rental housing for eligible individuals age 62 and older.
Bandon River features one and two bedroom apartments with a fully equipped community center located centrally to senior services, shopping, medical services, parks and recreation in Idaho Falls.
