Seapointe

Thomas Development Co. teamed with Northwest Integrity Housing Co., Idaho Housing and Finance Association and the City of Lewiston, Idaho to give new life to an old apartment complex in Lewiston.

Completed in the fall 2012, the $1.5 million renovation resulted in Seapointe Apartments, which offers 51 affordable, independent living, one bedroom apartments for seniors and persons with disabilities. Included is a spacious community center, all within minutes of senior services, shopping, medical services, parks, recreation and public transportation.
