The roof is being raised at Cottonwood Meadows, a new, affordable (62 years and older) apartment community consisting of a three-story building with two residential wings. There will be interconnecting hallways to the common area amenities, including a leasing office for the resident manager, community space, kitchen, business center, recycling area, arts and crafts room, a library, and an exercise room.
The complex is visible from Highway 44 near the intersection of S Edgewood Lane.
We will keep you posted on leasing and Grand Opening information as soon as it becomes available.
Gardens get communities together according to Michael Ray, Limberlost Neighborhood Association Director. We took his advice and so did this resident. Big results and a big smile for our Catalunya Apartments in Tucson, Arizona. And, thank you Michael, we appreciate your help.
