Built in the early 1900s, this state-of-the-art office building is located in the heart of historic downtown Idaho Falls, directly across from Idaho Falls City Hall. Thomas Development Co. purchased the building in June 2010. In 2011, 357 Constitution Plaza received a $1.3 million-plus complete interior and exterior renovation, which included the addition of an underground parking garage. In recognition of the building's historic significance, the developer received a $60,000 historic façade grant from the Idaho Falls Redevelopment Agency.
This 16,648-square-foot building is currently home to the corporate offices of Idahoan Foods, a large regional food processing company.
